You may ask me why 7 hand craft and what that means? Ok when I started this business 3 years ago, I found that I need 7 things in progress to cover all the items to complete a job.

When learning to use CNC Machine and the proper ways to Carve a nice Product you will have to have some patience and practice to be able to sale your created products to your potential customers/clients. When you have created the products and created a Gallery by Categories then have them online for showing your work and what you can do for possible clients/customers and have them contact you for your current rates or if you have a set price just list the cost of having one with all the descriptions of the product.

What are 7 things you need to know and what if my website answers that or not?

The first thing is to research and learn all about CNC machines and how they work, how to can create a G code file and how to send it to your machine, and what Post Processor your machine will use. So every day you want to read and study something about these topics to push yourself forward to start your business and accomplish your long term goals.

The second thing you have to learn about is using Cad programs and what is the best one for you to use and in your budget. These programs help you to design your file and set your job up, there are many types of these software programs, some of them are free and the others have different prices. You have to decide which programs will fit your needs and budget. The software I started using was Easle which is a free program/software from Inventable for creating my carving designs.

The third thing is your CNC machine and what materials work best and how to set the files for the material in the software and which bit(s) give the best results for the best look on your carvings and what are the best setting for each bit for Feed Rates, Chip Load, and Stepover Settings etc. in order to get the best results from your hard work and time.

To avoid any mistakes and/or damage to your machine you have to know everything about your specific machine (Don’t be afraid to ask questions to the Manufacturers of your Machine and check all the possibilities available). Keep in mind that if their support is not good for Pre-Sale Question then what is it going to be like after the Sale. I bought my machine from Inventables as a Kit and step by step I built/assembled the machine from the start to finish. I started from scratch and before that I had no idea about CNC machines or how they worked or how they were setup/assembled. So I had a dream to work with a CNC machine and create nice projects and took the time to learn. If I can do it you can too. Let’s do this together and hel each other learn.

The fourth thing to know is about finishing and staining your products. Because I work only in wood and plastic, so I need to know how to finish my projects and have good results for the best finished look. I get my materials from Home Depot but there are other options for you just check locally. I bought many brushes and stains, did a lot of reading and research and watched a lot of videos about wood finishing to learn all I could.

The fifth thing is to study some knowledge in marketing, you have to know how to find your target, where and when you sell your products, Effective marketing campaigns require a range of skills and knowledge. To successfully market your products and services, you may need to up skill yourself or your team members. Try to share your products on social media, I start to share my work on facebook, there is market place in face book you can put your products, you have to know how to take perfect photos to your products, also you can sell your products on eBay.

The sixth thing you have to do is to create a website to put your work and tell everyone about your work, you have to buy a domain name and   Hosting, many thing you need to know when you start your website so the best way is to watch videos and red more things about create website. My website from Godday and WordPress  and from scratch I started to build it .

The seventh thing you have the ability, endurance, patience and self-confidence to succeed in your business and never give up, this business needs more powerful and intelligence.

In the summer of 2010, I started to learn Photoshop in Photoshop center, in addition, I started to assemble a CNC machine but this project was not complete, in 2015 I bought a CNC machine from Inventables , this machine comes with a kits and you have to assemble it, it was a big challenge for me to assemble it, I follow the steps in their site, I completed it and started to carve samples.

Why I like to carve photos, because I like Photoshop and designs so I mix working and experience to carve photos, also I bought many programs to set up the photo and to produce unique and personalized surfaces with wood, A long process, that requires a cooperation between old and new generation, manual craft and digital design.

Here on our website, you can read and watch videos ,you can share your knowledge in woodworking and CNC, many peoples need to start their work and learn somethings new,do not histate to contact me for help, if i can I will answer you or the others who watch this website.

Thanks for your patience and good luck.

I’m really enjoying the theme/design of your web site. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems? A few of my blog readers have complained about my website not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari. Do you have any recommendations to help fix this problem?

With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being ripped off? I’d certainly appreciate it.
